We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and is without error in the original autographs.  The Bible is fully authoritative and is the final rule for our faith and practice. 
            

We believe that there is one God who eternally exists in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.   
        

We believe that God the Father, the First Person of the Trinity, is completely sovereign over all creatures and events.
            

We believe that Jesus Christ is the one and only Son of God who was born of the Virgin Mary.  He is at once completely divine and also completely human.  After living a completely sinless and holy life on earth, he was crucified unto death and rose again on the third day.  Through his death and resurrection he accomplished the redemption of humankind, which is available to all those who would believe in him through faith.
             

We believe that the Holy Spirit is equal in nature with the Father and the Son.  The Holy Spirit indwells eternally all those who believe in Jesus Christ, transforms them into the likeness of Jesus Christ, and preserves them until the last day.  The Holy Spirit binds together all believers into the Body of Christ, the Church, and bestows spiritual gifts to the Church. 
 

We believe that humankind was created in the image and likeness of God.  However, humankind sinned against God and became subject to His wrath.  Only through faith in Jesus Christ, his death and resurrection, can a person be saved unto eternal life.  Once saved, a person immediately becomes a member of the Body of Christ, the Church.
             

We believe in the imminent and bodily return of the Lord Jesus Christ.  He will come again to judge the world, the unsaved being condemned to eternal punishment and the saved entering the eternal state of glory with God.
